Director Liao Zhiyong gave a detailed introduction to the organizational form, activity scale, and functional layout of the G20 Youth Entrepreneurs Alliance both internationally and domestically. The G20 Youth Entrepreneurs Alliance is an important development initiative of the G20 to promote the global entrepreneurial spirit centered on innovation and promote the exchange and cooperation of outstanding talents in various fields. The alliance represents over 1 million young entrepreneurs and outstanding elites worldwide, employing over 12 million people, and is one of the largest and most influential international youth platforms in the world. The China Council of the G20 Youth Entrepreneur Alliance project is based on the G20 Youth Entrepreneur Alliance platform and international summit. Approved by the China Internet News Center, it was undertaken by the China Network Cultural, Technological, and Financial Integration Demonstration Base and officially landed in China in 2020.

At present, the Alliance has five major functions: first, to attract investment. Investment projects are mainly international and supplemented by domestic major projects, involving manufacturing, new energy, Industry 4.0, AI Big data, biomedicine and other industries, to introduce high-quality overseas enterprises to China, and at the same time, to connect with local governments, and to integrate domestic and foreign resources in accordance with local needs; The second is to empower internationalization by introducing leaders and young entrepreneurs from various countries to participate in domestic smart summit, Chinese new generation entrepreneurship conference, and other activities, promoting exchanges and cooperation among young entrepreneurs at home and abroad; The third is talent introduction, using projects to guide talents and introducing high-level overseas talents to China for entrepreneurship and employment according to project needs; The fourth is large-scale international trade, carrying out import and export trade in fields such as energy, agricultural and sideline products, and non-ferrous metals; The fifth is education and training. The "Future Leader Training Program" is carried out in 53 international high schools across the country to cultivate and select outstanding young people, participate in international future innovation conferences, and engage in international affairs.

Li Hongye, the mayor of Weishanzhuang, introduced to Director Liao the overall situation and regional advantages of Weishanzhuang Town. The town is relatively rich in land resources, with a large demand for talents and broad development space. Cao Bo, the executive director of our postdoctoral workstation, also provided a detailed explanation of the workstation's operation, high-end talent cooperation models, and the development plan of the postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurship town.

In this regard, Director Liao said that the Alliance is planning to build an "International Youth Leaders Meeting Room", which is intended to create an international and normalized space for young entrepreneurs to communicate. The meeting room will be listed by the Investment Promotion Center of the G20, which will organize leaders and entrepreneurs of all countries to meet each year, hold conferences and forums in various fields at home and abroad, and organize international industry training. Weishanzhuang is located in the "new national gate", with unparalleled geographical advantages, carrying the functions of airport services, international exchanges, etc., as well as profound cultural heritage. If the "International Youth Leaders Reception Hall" can be located in Weishanzhuang Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Town, it can further play its international exchange functions, and become a new "card" of Daxing District.

Our Chairman Wei Jingfen summarized at the end of the meeting that the postdoctoral town aligns with the G20 Youth Entrepreneurs Alliance in the fields of high-end talent and investment attraction.
