Zhao Ping, Deputy County Magistrate of Huantai County, Jing Baozhen, Town Magistrate of Tangshan Town Government, and Zhang Zhiwei, Deputy Town Magistrate of Tangshan Town Government, participated in this event. Firstly, a symposium and exchange meeting was held in the conference room on the fourth floor. The company attaches great importance to the visit, learning and exchange of students. The Director of Human Resources, Zhang Shengjun, introduced the company's development history, honors, service areas, future development directions, and other aspects. Wang Pengfei, the manager of the Technology Research and Development Center, gave a detailed explanation of the production process and introduced the safety precautions for visiting the production line. The students showed strong interest and gained a more comprehensive understanding of our company.

At the end of the discussion, Manager Wang Pengfei led a tour of the factory area, visiting the precision machining workshop and the vermicular graphite casting workshop, explaining production equipment and process flow on site, and providing detailed introductions to the V-method model, resin sand model, lost foam model, and iron mold sand covering model methods. This allowed students from Qingdao University of Science and Technology to fully integrate what they had learned and production practice, and gave them a deeper understanding of casting.
