On the morning of April 3, 2023, Professor Zhao Weimin of Hebei University of Technology went to the post doctoral town to discuss the landing and transformation of high-end lightweight materials. Wei Jingfen, chairman of the company, Wei Xiaohua, chairman of the board of directors of Jiangxi Poyang Lake Forest Park, Cao Bo, executive director of the post doctoral workstation of Zhong An United Investment Group, Zheng Fei, deputy director of the station, and Gao Jian, assistant general manager of the company attended the meeting.

Professor Zhao Weimin is a professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering of Hebei University of Technology, doctoral supervisor, reserve academician, leader of material processing discipline, expert with special allowance from the State Council, excellent expert in provincial management, and winner of Tianjin May Day Labor Medal. Mainly engaged in advanced material processing technology and control theory, high-quality casting molding and industrialization, advanced foam metal and other research. Led multiple national level projects such as national international scientific and technological cooperation projects, "863" projects, and national "04" major special projects, with over 50 provincial and ministerial level projects and horizontal research projects in cooperation with large domestic enterprises.

In this symposium, Professor Zhao Weimin systematically reported on the implementation and transformation of research projects on lightweight materials. He hoped that with the support of postdoctoral talents from the town and Zhong'an postdoctoral workstation, he could better provide scientific research and technical support for the key laboratory project of transportation lightweight materials of Shandong Huida Vermicular Iron (New Vermicular Iron) Group Co., Ltd.
