On June 6, 2023, Associate Professor Zhao Ping from Tsinghua University led 60 students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering to study and practice in the company. Jiang Zhiliang, on behalf of the China Angola Joint Postdoctoral Research Workstation, awarded Zhao Ping a letter of appointment as "Postdoctoral Cooperation Tutor". Zhao Ping and Zhou Xinxing unveiled the "Experimental Base of School of Materials Science and Engineering of Qingdao University of Science and Technology", and Zhou Xinxing and Zhang Shengjun unveiled the "Post doctoral Innovation Practice Base of China Angola Joint Investment Group". After the appointment and unveiling, the company leaders and teachers and students from Qingdao University of Science and Technology took a group photo in front of the office building and went to the production line to learn about the development history, current situation, and latest technological achievements of the enterprise.

       During this period, Manager Wang Pengfei led a tour of forming molds, manual and CNC production white molds, and a combination of the three production processes; Visited the process of lost foam casting and vibration molding, and deeply experienced the special casting technology; Visited processes such as resin sand molding, hot metal tapping, creep, and pouring; Visited the production process of V-method and LWMD 1040 wheel mounted brake discs for Locomotive; Visited the production process of iron film coated sand molding. Having a close experience of the application of advanced casting technology in industry, students have combined theoretical knowledge with production practice, gained a deeper understanding of enterprise research and development, production models, and strengthened their confidence and determination to solve technical problems on the production line based on their own learning, endowing industrial development with innovative energy.
