On the morning of June 20, 2023, Wei Jingfen, the chairman of our company, Cao Bo, the executive director of the postdoctoral research station, Zheng Fei, the deputy director, and Sun Tingyan, the assistant director of the station, went to the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies to appoint Professor Deng Liangyue, the lifelong honorary chairman of the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies, and Duan Wenjie, the director of the Beijing Kanghuadao Scientific Innovation Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as post doctoral cooperation instructors in the station, and discussed with Duan Director the cooperation plan in the field of traditional Chinese medicine pulse therapy.

Professor Deng Liangyue is the Principal investigator of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chief Scientist of the "Research on Meridians", a pre selected project of the National "Ninth Five Year Plan" Climbing Plan, and enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. He served as the honorary chairman for life of the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies, the director of the acupuncture and moxibustion Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the director of the Traditional medicine Cooperation Center of the World Health Organization, the president of the World acupuncture and moxibustion Journal, and the editor in chief of the Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion Journal. It has innovated the treatment and treatment of many difficult diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion, formed unique methods and experience, trained more than 3000 acupuncture and moxibustion doctors for more than 100 countries and regions, and trained more than master's and doctoral students. Director Duan Wenjie, born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine, is the only disciple of Professor Deng and the founder of finger pulse therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. He is good at overcoming persistent human diseases through finger pulse therapy, which can effectively expand the medical scope of acupuncture and moxibustion.

Mr. Wei introduced to Professor Deng the current planning and construction of the first phase of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Incubation Park in the postdoctoral town. The park has a total construction area of 150000 square meters and will create a comprehensive service ecosystem with three core contents: traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, research and development of hospital preparations, incubation of traditional Chinese medicine technology, and education and training. It will form a comprehensive enterprise service for incubation, acceleration, entrepreneurial investment, and other innovative enterprise customers in the health industry, and build an innovation and entrepreneurship resource aggregation platform and talent innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base. The park will cooperate with Director Duan around the training and Technical communication of finger pulse therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, assist him to further sort out and summarize the finger pulse therapy technology and theory, develop training programs, hire TCM experts to teach students the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, combine theory with practice, and cultivate new high-end TCM talents to meet the market demand.

Professor Deng stated that the traditional Chinese medicine finger pulse therapy developed by Director Duan has its uniqueness and is a product of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern technology. Conducting finger pulse therapy training is beneficial for promoting technology, benefiting patients, spreading and inheriting traditional Chinese medicine concepts, and is of great benefit to both the country and the people. I hope that both sides can uphold the spirit of practicality and practice, carefully plan and start steadily, and down-to-earth carry forward the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.

Previously, the Park has established cooperative relations with many universities and scientific research institutes, such as Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Beijing Qitong International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This appointment ceremony means that the Park will move forward in another subdivided field of traditional Chinese medicine science and technology. It will also take this as a starting point in the future, expand the incubation and transformation of more traditional Chinese medicine science and technology, and drive the sustainable development of related traditional Chinese medicine industries.
